  LAW ON AMENDING PUBLIC FINANCIAL

  MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL LAW 

             Law No. 5628                                                                   Date of Adoption: 25/4/2007

             ARTICLE 5 – Following provisional articles have been added to Law No. 5018.

             "PROVISIONAL ARTICLE 16 – Those working in the positions which are determined in subparagraphs (c), (d) and (e) of the first paragraph of Provisional Article 5 as of 31/12/2006 and those who had occupied this position previously for at least five years may be appointed as internal auditors as well in accordance with the provisions of the mentioned article.

             ARTICLE 6 – This Law shall enter into force on the date of its publication.

            ARTICLE 7 – The provisions of this Law shall be executed by the Council of Ministers.
